Antique Boss brings together art and objects with individual character. Our direct online collection focuses on antique prints and paintings, from Victorian biblical engravings to miniature countryside scenes. We want you to understand the particular piece you are considering: what it depicts, how it is made, its size, and its condition.

Our collection

The current website selection includes hand-coloured engravings described in their individual listings as dating to around 1860, alongside a set of four miniature Four Seasons countryside paintings on canvas. These are different kinds of work, and the date or medium stated for one listing should not be assumed to apply to every item in the shop.

Looking closely at each piece

With antique and pre-owned art, condition is part of an informed purchase. Paper, painted surfaces, supports and frames may show signs of age or earlier handling. Please examine the photographs alongside the written description and check any disclosed marks, repairs, mounting or other limitations. General references to age and character do not replace accurate information about the item offered.

Check the listed measurements and whether they refer to the image, sheet, canvas or frame. For sets, review the number of pieces included. If the medium, approximate date, condition or contents are unclear, send us the listing link and your question before ordering. We can help clarify the information relevant to your choice without assuming every piece has the same history.

The company behind the shop

Antique Boss is the trading name of ANTIQUE BOSS LTD, also shown as AntiqueBossLtd on the store and Etsy shop. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 15497404 and was incorporated on 17 February 2024. The Companies House record identifies the legal company; the registration date is not a claim about how long every sales channel has operated.

Our registered office is Little Holborough, Holborough Road, Snodland, Kent, ME6 5PJ, United Kingdom. This is the company correspondence address. It is not an advertised showroom or collection point. For a return, we supply the appropriate postal destination by email after you contact us.

Shopping directly with us

Free standard UK delivery, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days in total: 1–2 business days handling plus 3–4 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Handling is already included in the total.

Read the Shipping Policy before ordering, especially if you need an item by a particular date. We provide dispatch and tracking information by email and can help if a parcel is delayed or the delivery status is unclear.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 calendar days from delivery. Please contact us and send the item within that period, in the condition supplied, allowing for reasonable inspection and any age or wear disclosed when sold. Returns are by post to the destination supplied by email. You arrange and pay the postage for a change-of-mind return; we arrange and pay reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to availability. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

We issue eligible return refunds to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, subject to any earlier legal deadline. An inspection does not restart this period. The payment provider may take additional time to credit your account; refund issue and receipt are separate stages. Contact us if you need the refund reference or help tracing a payment.

Etsy reviews concern transactions on Etsy; they are not presented as verified purchases from this website. We do not need you to assume that a marketplace offer is identical to our direct website offer.

If you purchased through Etsy, messaging through the relevant order helps us identify the transaction and the applicable terms. For a direct website order, email us with the order number or the email address used at checkout. Please do not send full payment-card details or banking passwords.
